If you need your item to arrive by a specific date (a funeral, anniversary, birthday, etc.), please let us know, and we will do our best to find the best solution that will get it there in time.
We highly reccommend FedEx as your shipping option. Although it is a little more expensive, you can be assured that it will only take a maximum of 2 days in shipping, is fully insured, and has a tracking number. We know how important these pieces are to you, and to the people you give them to, and how quickly they are needed.

Lost Parcel Policy: In the event that a parcel is delayed in the mail, or deemed lost, we must follow the policies of the shipping provider that you have chosen.
FedEx lost package claims can be filed within a few days of the projected arrival time, if the package tracking shows no movement. Claims are generally resolved within 1-7 business days, at which point your package can be reshipped, or your account refunded.
Canada Post requires that 35-40 business days need to have passed from the date of shipment before a parcel is deemed to be lost. At that point in time we are able to open a claim on your behalf, and either reship your order for you, or else offer a full refund to your account.
